These typically include the following:

• An initial interview
• Prenatal visit to discuss your birth and devise a birth plan
• Continuos support during labor including massage, breathing techniques, water therapy and comfort as well as asctive positioning techniques
• Help with establishing breastfeeding and bonding immediately after the birth
• Follow up care postpartum when you return home
